“ L'abbiamo scelto su suggerimento di amici del posto. Ottimo ristorante, con prodotti eccellenti e prezzi onesti. Abbiamo preso un "Tagliere Doc" con salumi e formaggi locali davvero speciali e una scottona da allevamenti irpini di una tenerezza e un sapore raramente provati. Cordialità e rapidità nel servizio non sono mai scontati ma sempre molto graditi. Il titolare è disponibile e dà ottimi consigli. I vini base sono solo accettabili, ma la carta dei vini è ampia e la cantina ben fornita. Decisamente consigliato. ”
“ Ambiente semplice e pulito. Proprietario simpatico e cortese, attento alle esigenze alimentari e della nostra bimba di 6 mesi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Appena seduti a tavolo, il profumo del pane caldo casereccio era davvero invitante. Squisita la parmigiana bianca con mortadella pistacchi e provola affumicata, altrettanto gustoso il maialino nero con miele balsamico e pistacchi. Complimenti! ”

“ Palazzo storico di Solofra risalente addirittura al finire del 1400, arredato con gusto e con personale impeccabile. Abbiamo provato praticamente di tutto, dall'antipasto misto di salumi locali e formaggi fino alla parmigianina bianca e alla doppia porzione di mallone e di fagioli con castagne, che tra l'altro erano fenomenali. I primi non da meno, con in particolare un ottimo spaghettone "semplice" con peperoncino e vellutata di cavolfiore e una pasta farcita da provare assolutamente, con fontina e speck. Ottima anche la scottona locale, servita su pietra di sale dell'himalaya, che le conferisce sapore durante la cottura. Proprietà attenta al cliente e sul pezzo, complimenti. ”
“ Di passaggio a Solofra cercavamo un posto per pranzare qualcosa al volo e ci siamo imbattute in questa braceria che ci ha regalato una pausa pranzo “squisita” e inaspettata. Le cannazze alla genovese sono state una vera delizia. La bistecca reale americana era un burro. Come contorno abbiamo preso friarielli e patate fritte. Il dessert un tronchetto alle castagne. Tutte le pietanze ben preparate e gustose. Servizio cordiale e professionale. Abbiamo pagato 40€ in due, un prezzo onestissimo per la qualità offerta. Posto consigliatissimo, ci torneremo presto! ”
